Elizabeth graduated from Fox Valley School of Massage. She specializes in Swedish and relaxation massage, treating many clients for back, neck and shoulder tension. She uses a combination of fluid motion, therapeutic touch and nurturing bodywork to create a relaxed state in the body and mind while tending to each client's individual needs.  She is committed to continuing education/certification of her massage therapy practice with cranio sacral and cupping.
